School Council is bringing Frisbee Rob to St. Joe's for a day of fun on Monday, March 3rd! Frisbee Rob is a Guinness World Record holder and frisbee expert! He will be joining classes throughout the day to explore the fun of frisbee, while sharing messages surrounding physical literacy, resilience, and self-awareness. In the evening, we will be hosting a parent "ScreenStrong" session - aiming to "empower families to prevent screen addiction and reclaim their kids from problematic screen use."

The session will help parents:
- understand the impact of screens on attention, learning, and emotions.
- Discover practical strategies for healthier habits.
-Gain confidence to create positive changes at home.
